Job Summary

Prepare construction documents relating to the design of renovations and construction of University buildings.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and design renovations and additions to University buildings including the preparation of drawings, specifications, estimates, and budgets.

Consult with University faculty and staff concerning building facilities needs.

Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of construction documents including architectural drawings, specifications and cost estimates.

Coordinate projects with University construction staff.

Perform related duties as required.

Knowledge, Training and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.


Two years of related experience.

An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
