JOB SUMMARY
Direct the strategic planning process for the university working closely with the Director of Planning, Provost, President, and the University Planning Advisory Committee. Direct the collection and reporting of the University's Accountability Reporting measures. Plan, develop, and maintain the systems infrastructure to support institutional planning, research, and budgeting processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Direct the strategic planning process for the University of Louisville in conjunction with the Director of Planning and Budget.
Coordinate activity for the University Planning Advisory Committee to ensure proper documentation and communication of committee actions.
Direct the collection, dissemination, and reporting of the University of Louisville's Accountability Reporting measures to the Council on Postsecondary Education.
Plan, develop, implement, and provide maintenance of systems infrastructure to support institutional planning, institutional research, and institutional budgeting processes.
Handle special projects, ad-hoc requests, and provide special analysis supporting Planning and Budget and the University of Louisville Administration.
Communicate information and provide systems support to OPB staff and other offices involved with OPB.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE
Six years of related experience.
An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.
