Supervise and evaluate 12 satellite area coordinators, assign work plans, assist in training in Center policies and procedures and in developing a needs assessment and plan for area program activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with and assign work plans for all area field coordinators.
Train area field coordinators in Center's policies and procedures. Assist in developing area program activities, performing needs assessment and developing active plans for each area.
Prepare monthly reports of the field coordinators' work for the Director and steering committee and coordinate the evaluation of area activities.
Assist the Center Director in preparing continuation applications.
Promote the Center area-wide and nationally by attending appropriate conferences and meetings.
Assist area field coordinators in establishing Area and Sub-area advisory committees and in identifying resources in their area.
Knowledge, Training and Skills
Master's degree in Education or related field.
Seven years of related experience.
