Job Title: Director, Mentoring Program

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing a mentoring advancement program to recruit, train and assist staff who seek toward administrative and/or managerial positions within the university.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop seminars & training programs relative to mentoring.

Develop printed materials, information packets and training materials.

Develop effective orientation program.

Develop & implement an assessment and evaluation of program efforts.

Develop plan to advertise and market the pilot program; initiating applications for protégés and mentors; assist advising committee in identifying protégés and mentors.

Knowledge, Training and Skills

Master's degree in education, business, women's studies or related field. An equivalent combination of training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.


Four years of experience.
