Direct the overall daily operations of the Registrar's Office and act as Registrar in the Registrar's absence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Direct the overall operations of the Registrar's Office.
Develop and implement University procedures and policies.
Assume authority and make decisions in the absence of the Registrar.
Assist in budget management.
Be responsible for the publication of the University's undergraduate and graduate catalogs, Schedule of Courses and office publications.
Manage the University touch-tone system for registration, grade reporting, checking account balances, payment by credit card and financial aid inquiry.
Recruit, select, train, supervise, evaluate and plan work for 16 full-time staff and additional student assistants.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING & SKILLS
Master's degree in Higher Education, Student personnel Services, Business or related field.
Six years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience maybe substituted for the requirements noted.
