Job Summary

Develop, implement and manage protocol operations for a specific program.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the effective operations of program protocols as designated by the Department Chair.

Identify and manage all operational aspects of targeted grant proposals, program development and evaluation.

Coordinate and develop training programs for professional and ancillary staff on research protocols, policies and procedures.

Serve as liaison with granting agencies, research foundations, community groups and higher education organizations.

Provide overall coordination and facilitation of research activities, budgeting, contract negotiation, invoicing, planning, implementation and evaluation.

May hire, develop, coach, and evaluate personnel.

Related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Training and Skills

Master’s degree in a related field


Five years of related experience.  Additional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirements.
