Job Summary

Serve as liaison to academic units for the development and implementation of non-credit courses. Confer with market managers to determine training needs, establish budgets, and negotiate contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Arrange partnerships with academic units to produce and co-produce non-credit courses and conferences.

Identify and pursue opportunities for developing new programs.

Assist partners with program development, preparation of program budget for product related costs, contracts, support materials, etc.

Provide liaison between partners and program coordinators managing markets.

Provide evaluation of co-produced programs.

Seek opportunities to manage non-credit programs on a fee-for-service basis.

Write grant proposals for industrial training programs. Implement programs awarded by grants.

Knowledge, Training and Skills

Master's degree in Education or related field.

An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.


Six years of related field.
