Pre-65 Health Benefits
UofL pays $108.10 monthly ($216.20 for retiree and spouse) towards the cost of retiree health insurance for those retirees who want coverage under the university's health plan for current employees. The retirees are included in the health plan until they reach the age of 65. Retirees and spouses are also eligible to participate in the Get Healthy Now program, and receive discounted medical plan rates.
