What's new in 2012?
- Our new administrator for our Dental Plan is Humana Dental.
- Our new administrator for our Vision Plan is National Vision Administrator.
- 2012 Health Plan Rates: There will be a rebalancing of the health rates effective 1/1/2012. There will be NO changes in rates for the Cardinal Care plan, however other health plan rates will reflect a change.
**2012 Health Insurance Rates**
- Flexible Spending Changes: There are no changes in voluntary flexible spending amounts, however the annual contribution to the flexible spending waiver accounts will change to $175.00/mo.
- Get Healthy Now - Participation in our health management program is encouraged. People who have participated in Get Healthy Now have shown improved health, and the program has had a positive impact on keeping UofL health care costs in check. UofL's commitment to wellness and to keeping health care costs low is strong as they continue to rise nationally. If you participate in Get Healthy Now, you will receive a $40 refund/incentive on your health plan premiums each month.
