Once there, if you already have your doctor's name and want to know if he/she is in the network, select "Try 'FastFind' --the quickest way to find a provider by name and location!"

Note: Select the Humana ChoiceCare PPO Network from the drop down menu on the “Select Plan” page. The university uses the ChoiceCare PPO network for its EPO, PPO, and Coverage First plans.
