Medium Infractions
- Alcohol: Includes the misuse, consumption, public intoxication and/or display of open alcoholic beverages in the residence halls. Students 21 years of age may RESPONSIBLY consume alcohol only in the privacy of a residence hall room, therefore, drinking games (e.g. beer pong) and other activities that promote the irresponsible use of alcohol are prohibited. No kegs or alcohol paraphernalia such as funnels and ice luges are permitted in the residence halls. No alcohol is permitted in first-year student halls (West, Miller, Unitas, and Center). According to Kentucky state law, under the age of 21 constitutes being a minor. (See Policies)
- Drugs: Includes the use or possession of illegal drugs and/or the contribution to such use or possession, paraphernalia and use or possession of drug paraphernalia as listed in KRS 218A.510. (See Policies)
