The following is not permitted in the residence halls:
- Public intoxication
- Display of open alcoholic beverages
Students 21 years of age may RESPONSIBLY consume alcohol only in the privacy of a residence hall room, therefore, drinking games (e.g. beer pong) and other activities that promote the irresponsible use of alcohol are prohibited.
No kegs or alcohol paraphernalia such as funnels and ice luges are permitted in the residence halls.
No alcohol is permitted in the first-year student halls
According to Kentucky state law, under the age of 21 constitutes being a minor (See Policies)
Includes the use or possession of illegal drugs and/or the contribution to such use or possession, paraphernalia and use or possession of drug paraphernalia as listed in KR 218A.510. (See Residence Hall Policies)
