  • Empty trash and replace garbage bags in all common areas and hallways, starting on the bottom floor of the building and working upward
    • If needed, clean the garbage can (at least twice per week, or more if needed)
  • Clean each bathroom area on every floor using the following methods/steps, starting on the bottom floor of the building and working upward:
    • Spray chemicals on toilets, urinals, and sinks; and let sit
    • Spray shower walls with chemical, and let sit
    • Mop floors and showers, and clear any debris/residue/other substances
    • Wipe down/wipe away chemicals on toilets, urinals, and sinks
    • Wipe down shower walls/wipe away chemicals on shower walls
    • Clean any remaining points of contact
    • Clean mirrors
    • Check paper products (i.e., toilet paper and paper towels) as well as soap dispensers; and refill when low
  • Clean kitchen areas with chemicals, including countertops, sinks, and tables

• 8:30 AM EST - 11:00 AM EST

  • Clean hallways and stairwells in the buildings using the following methods/steps, starting with the top floor of the building and working downward:
    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum the floors, depending on the surface/material/flooring type
    • Clean windows and any other points of contact (e.g., railings, handles, water fountains, and elevator buttons)
    • Sweep and mop stairs and stairwells

• 12:00 PM EST - 3:00 PM EST

    • Organize products on shelves
    • Take inventory of products, and submit inventory sheet once per week to supervisor
      • Note quantity of products needed
  • Prepare janitorial cart for the next day
