Community Park

Community Park is a first-year residence hall and has 358 beds with Double and Deluxe Double room types.

Community Park is a suite-style building that is fully furnished with a double closet, beds, dressers, desk chairs and desks, one mini fridge and microwave.  We offer free basic cable with HBO. We offer a laundry room, WiFi and Ethernet Internet, a computer center with printer, study lounges, common area kitchen, and game room.  Community Park also offers on-site mail boxes and has outdoor spaces that feature grills, picnic tables, corn hole, and bike racks.
