University Tower Apartments facility is conveniently located on the west side of campus on 3rd Street Residents may choose from efficiency, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. All apartments in the facility are furnished and include full kitchens. University Tower Apartments are available for students who are enrolled in graduate school  or upper class students.  University Tower Apartment houses the Rustin Themed Community
