In addition to the items listed below each hall is completely staffed with knowledgeable people to help you at all times. Front desks are staffed with Desk Assistants to help you. Your floor will have a Resident Assistant to help and each building has a Resident Director who is also available should you need their assistance. Get to know these people. - Heat/Air Conditioning: switch over in fall and spring
