12 Month Apartment Extension Request

The license for the apartments ends on May 15th, 2013 at noon. Residents who have chosen to not renew their license but are unable to move out by May 15th may request an extension.  All extension requests through to June 30th will be typically approved. 

 If you need to stay beyond June 30th, you may request to extend to July 15th.  Extensions past June 30th are not automatic approvals and are based upon academic need and our ability to prepare the apartment for incoming occupants.  Be prepared for your apartment to be examined for cleanliness.  If your room requires more than the standard deep cleaning, your request to extend past June 30th will be rejected.      

WE WILL NOT APPROVE ANY REQUESTS PAST JULY 15TH.

Billing for extensions will go as following:

Move-out between May15th after noon and May 31st, billed for remainder of May rent.(17 nights total)

Move out between June 1st and June 30th, billed for remainder of May and entire month of June.

Move out between July 1st and July 15th, billed for remainder of May, month of June, and  1/2 July's month rent.
