Campus Accommodations
Residence Halls
Housing and Residence Life is entering a major renovation and renewal project phase. This will require full halls to be off line for approximately a year. This means for the next several years conference housing will be very limited and distributed on a first-come first-serve basis. From May through July, the halls available for conferences will vary but may include: Miller, Unitas Tower, Stevenson, and the Complex (Center Hall, Wellness House, West Hall). These halls are traditional-style college residence halls with community restrooms. Louisville Hall offers suite-style living with a semi-private bath. One, two, or three bedroom suites are available. All of our residence halls are located on campus within walking distance to any campus facility and all are air-conditioned.
Additionally, we give all groups the option of adding a linen amenity package. Housekeeping will not clean occupied bedrooms.

Staff Availability
There will be lead a conference assistant and a conference director residing in each residence hall, as well as a conference assistant on call to help your conference groups with any problems, lockouts, or needs that arise. The front desks are staffed twenty-four hours a day to help with any problems. We also staff every residence hall with a security guard from midnight until 8 a.m.
Parking
Summer conference guests who need to drive to campus can purchase a temporary parking permit for the duration of their stay. The short-term permit is also available to visitors up to 5 times per semester; thereafter, replacements will cost $2.00 per day. Currently, parking is permitted in resident and day-student parking spaces. NO PARKING is permitted in Faculty/Staff, Visitor, or Service Vehicle spaces. Metered spaces and handicapped spaces are closely monitored at all times. Guests are responsible for any tickets incurred during their stay.
Special Events
The Parking Office has the authority to close parking lots sponsored by or held at the University. Groups or persons having a special event on any University Campus must contact Laura Lutts at the Parking Office (852-7275) for arrangements. Faculty, staff, or divisions of the University sponsoring seminars or special events should contact the Parking Office to make arrangements for parking in advance of the event.
