Summer Conference Season
May 14 - August 1, 2012

The University of Louisville offers Summer Conference Housing for several types of student academic & athletic camps, as well as adult professional development conferences. All  groups are sponsored and hosted by University affiliated departments and organizations. 

Summer 2012 Room Rates are based on a single or double occupancy rate per person, per night. We direct internal University conferences through the IUT Payment System. 

Nine campus residence halls are used to house summer guests. These range from traditional community bath, suite, and apartment styles. All guest rooms are air-conditioned and Traditional Rooms are furnished with two each: single beds, desks, and chairs. Amenities range widely based on your personal choice of Residence Hall. Wireless access is now available as well for conference guests. This must be arranged well in advance.
