Honors Student Council (HSC) is a student organization committed to fostering academic growth, creating a vibrant and cohesive Honors student community, and giving back to the local community. Students are able to participate in Council-sponsored events throughout the academic year, including picnics, a winter dance, numerous social events, service activities, a series of academic lectures, and large-scale charity fundraisers. Over the last six years, the Council has raised more than $80,000 for local non-profit organizations.

HSC Applications - 2019-2020 Council applications now open!

Applications for HSC are now open! If you're looking for a leadership development opportunity or just want to be involved in planning fun events for the Honors community, please apply through the link below. This is a great way to get involved on campus and in the community, as well as learn valuable event planning and leadership skills. Applications for elected (Executive) positions are due February 28 by 4:00 PM. Applications for appointed (Chair) positions are due March 22 by 4:00 PM.
