Important Dates and Deadlines

The calendar contains information on important deadlines for your senior honors thesis. You should keep these dates in mind while you research and write your thesis. Contact Kirsten Armstrong at kirsten.armstrong@louisville.edu for more information.

 

August 2014 Graduation

  • December 9, 2013: Thesis proposal must be submitted to Kirsten Armstrong via email (kirsten.armstrong@louisville.edu) and completed and signed Initiation Form must be turned in to Kirsten's attention in the Etscorn Honors Center in Threlkeld Hall by 4:30PM EST for distribution to the A&S Senior Honors Thesis Committee for review.
  • July 7, 2014: Three copies of the completed thesis must be delivered to faculty readers for the thesis defense. Be sure to confirm final edits with faculty supervisors prior to distribution.
  • July 28, 2014: Defense must be completed and an electronic copy of the thesis must be emailed to Kirsten (see address above) along with 5-7 key words and phrases related to your topic. A printed and signed Nonexclusive License Agreement form and defense evaluation form must also be returned to Kirsten's attention in the Etscorn Honors Center.

 

December 2014 Graduation

  • April 7, 2014: Thesis proposal must be submitted to Kirsten Armstrong via email (kirsten.armstrong@louisville.edu) and completed and signed Initiation Form must be turned in to Kirsten's attention in the Etscorn Honors Center in Threlkeld Hall by 4:30PM EST for distribution to the A&S Senior Honors Thesis Committee for review.
  • November 10, 2014: Three copies of the completed thesis must be delivered to faculty readers for the thesis defense. Be sure to confirm final edits with faculty supervisors prior to distribution.
  • December 1, 2014: Defense must be completed and an electronic copy of the thesis must be emailed to Kirsten (see address above) along with 5-7 key words and phrases related to your topic. A printed and signed Nonexclusive License Agreement form and defense evaluation form must also be returned to Kirsten's attention in the Etscorn Honors Center.

 

May 2015 Graduation

August 2015 Graduation
