Health Promotion Wellbeing Central brings you the Tread Desk to the SAC lobby! Reserve time on our Tread Desk today. This is ideal for studying, e-mail, working, and more!

Research shows that sitting is the new smoking. We want to reduce sedentary time and increase movement to support wellbeing. Time slots are offered in half hour increments, but you can book as many as you would like. Be sure to bring your laptop or books with you, no computer is provided.
