The Graduate Student Council is once again pleased to host its annual Christmas Laser Light Show and dinner at the Rausch Planetarium on Friday, Nov. 18 from 5:30-7:30pm. This event is fun, free, and family friendly. All attendees must register on our website at http://www.uofl.edu/rso/gsc.
- There are only 160 spots available for each showing (320 total) in thePlanetarium and reservations are first come first serve.
Food is provided for free and will be served throughout the event starting at 5:30pm.
*** If you have special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, etc…), will need to specify the need and the number of people with each need on the online registration form so we can order enough food options. ***
- Due to the popularity and high demand for this event, we will have a guest list for you to sign in at the door on the day of the event. The person that registers MUST attend the showing, be UofL Graduate Student, AND bring his/her UofL student or employee ID for his/her party to be admitted.
- Parking lots on campus are open after 5:30pm. If you have a parking pass you can use the Music School parking lot, or you can use University Club parking lot if you do not have a pass. If these are full, you may pay to park in the Speed Art Museum garage.
- The food selections will be determined at our next GSC Meeting on Oct. 26 and will be posted on the GSC website by Nov. 1.
