How often do you think about the choices you make when writing an e-mail-be it font, emoticons, salutations? As sending and answering e-mails have become part of our everyday routine, more of us have started to pay a little less attention to how we write them. We all have stories (ours or someone else's) of poorly constructed e-mails that led to what could have been avoidable conflicts and misunderstandings.
