Apply for Travel Funding Button  

GSC Travel Process (domestic travel)
  1. Make sure you are applying more than four (4) weeks in advance of your travel date. 
  2. Carefully read the GSC Travel Reimbursement Process form and  Administrative Guide for the Disbursal of Research Travel Awards (doc).
  3. Complete the Travel Request Form by clicking the button above, providing all required info, and clicking "Submit."
  4. Complete your travel and keep all required documentation, as described below in the GSC Travel Reimbursement Process form.
  5. Complete and submit the Travel Reimbursement Checklist within four weeks of your travel.
