2022 New Graduate Student Orientation

We are excited to have you join the graduate student community at UofL this fall, and look forward to connecting with you. As you begin your graduate education, we want to make sure that you have all the tools you might need to get started. So, we’ve provided you with a short checklist to help you:

Fall 2022 New Graduate Student Orientation Online Module 

COMPLETE the Fall 2022 New Graduate Student Orientation Module before classes begin. There may be multiple UofL orientations in which you will participate – a program orientation, international student orientation, and the over-arching Graduate School orientation (this one). While there may be some redundancy, most of the orientation sessions will cover separate material. 

Fall 2022 New Graduate Student Orientation for ONLINE ONLY graduate students: this is for graduate students who are in an online-only or primarily online program. Remote Question & Answer Session w/Graduate School Administration & Staff

Join Graduate School administration and staff for a remote session that serves as a follow-up to the online orientation. Link to the session will be sent to all incoming graduate students the day before the sessions. After you have completed the online orientation module, feel free to submit a question in advance here. We will also share a link to the recorded session for those unable to attend.
