PART-TIME FACULTY COMMITTEE BYLAWS
a. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
i. To advise the Faculty Senate on matters concerning part-time faculty.
ii. To recommend action on policies affecting part-time faculty.
iii. To conduct the election of faculty senators from the part-time faculty.
b. MEMBERSHIP
There shall be nine voting members: the six senators from the part-time faculty and three others elected by the Faculty Senate, two of whom must be faculty senators.
c. TERM OF OFFICE
i. The six senators from the part-time faculty shall serve on the Committee for the duration of their terms as senators.
ii. The remaining members shall serve staggered two-year terms.
