RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interests are defined by a central theme of spatial and temporal complexity of coupled human-environment systems. I am interested in questions about the intersection of local livelihoods, land use/land cover change (LCLUC), and climate variability. To address these questions, I also am interested in the application of different remote sensing and statistical modeling approaches most effective in quantifying system dynamics.
