Core Curriculum Guides
The following projects have been designed to help instructors in JCPS school system and others in the State of Kentucky to use the Frederick Hart Exhibit, “Giving Form to Spirit” as a learning tool for students. The projects are set-up to follow “Core Content for the Arts and Humanities Assessment 4.1.”
Instructors will find that each project presents a step-by-step guide through the core curriculum requirements as it can be applied to the Frederick Hart exhibit. Each project has been designed so that instructors may choose only those sections that apply to the grade level they are teaching.
Instructors may choose one of the projects to help them utilize the exhibit as a means to complete the core curriculum.
Each project may be used in the classroom or in conjunction with a visit to the Frederick Hart Exhibit “Giving Form to Spirit.”
