Patients are all smiles about their dental experience at UofL Dental Associates

LOUISVILLE, Ky – University of Louisville Dental Associates (ULDA) ranks in the top one-percentile for customer satisfaction when compared nationally with 71,000 physicians, dentists and nurse practitioners in more than 600 practice groups.

 

The analysis was conducted by Press Ganey, an outside company that provides surveys to patients from each practice. Patients are asked about their experience in categories such as ease of scheduling appointments, wait times, concern and courtesy of nurse and care providers and overall quality of care.

 

ULDA, the private practice of the UofL School of Dentistry has also earned the University of Louisville Physicians Excellence Award for Patient Satisfaction. This award is presented quarterly to the UofL Physicians practice with the highest overall Press Ganey score.
