WinterFest Volunteer Form

If you would like to volunteer to staff the Welcome & Info Station at WinterFest 2013, please fill out the form below. We will contact you as soon as possible with your volunteer schedule, and any additional information you may need to fulfill your duties. Thank you for volunteering!

Please provide the number you are most likely to be reached at on the day of your volunteer shift should we need to contact you quickly.

Shifts will be 1.25 hours, from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Staff will answer general questions and hand out event guides. Please select ONE or MULTIPLE 1.25 hour shifts. We need 2 volunteers per shift, so please indicate ALL TIMES YOU ARE AVAILABLE. Also, please indicate HOW MANY SHIFTS WE CAN SCHEDULE YOU FOR.
