 Americana Community Center

**WE HAVE MET OUR VOLUNTEER GOAL FOR THIS SITE!**
Volunteers will be cleaning out and organizing the art classroom that will be used to provide additional classes for families at the center.

Bridgehaven
Grounds maintenance of campus needs doing...trimming bushes, planting bulbs, weeding, etc.
Painting interior and exterior. Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

Brooklawn Child & Family Services

**WE HAVE MET OUR VOLUNTEER GOAL FOR THIS SITE!**
Volunteers will help sort and organize clothing donations in our clothes closet. Volunteers will also spend time playing with a group of children ages 6-12! Please wear tennis shoes and dress comfortably.

Cultural Center Community Garden/Louisville Grows
Project will include harvesting, weeding, building compost, and working in an out door classroom.

Volunteers will assist with landscaping and yard work at the facility. Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

Dare to Care

**WE HAVE MET OUR VOLUNTEER GOAL FOR THIS SITE!**
Volunteers will help sort donated food in the warehouse.  Long shorts or pants and closed-toe shoes required!

Fairness Campaign

Volunteers may work on a variety of projects. Tasks may include envelope stuffing, organizing the office, writing letters to elected officials or a myriad of other possibilities.

  

Friendship House

Provide some fun and entertainment for the seniors at Friendship House! In the past, students have socialized, played games, and had sing-a-longs! Dress comfortably.


Harbor House of Louisville
The Respite House located off of Lower Hunters Trace has a garage that is in need of painting! Long shorts or pants and closed-toe shoes required!

Metro Parks - AB Sawyer

This park beautification project involves a painting project. Volunteers will help stripe the parking lot to improve safety and promoting a more welcoming space for visitors. Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

Metro Parks - Camps Taylor
This park beautification project involves cleaning and mulching the area to improve the sense of community and park ownership in the area. Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

Metro Parks - Crosby
This park beautification project involves a painting project. Volunteers will help stripe the parking lot to improve safety and promoting a more welcoming space for visitors. Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

Metro Parks - Des Pres
This park beautification project involves mulching the area to improve the sense of community and park ownership in the area. Mulching the parks also helps preserve trees and plants before winter. Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

Metro Parks - Fern Creek

This park beautification project involves a painting project. Volunteers will help stripe the parking lot to improve safety and promoting a more welcoming space for visitors. Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

Neighborhood House 

**WE HAVE MET OUR VOLUNTEER GOAL FOR THIS SITE!**
The Neighborhood House needs a fresh coat of paint! Certain areas of the property are often neglected because of the high volume of clients being served each day. Help us brighten up the space! Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

Olmsted Parks

Join Olmsted Parks Conservancy as we root out invasive plants, rebuild trails, mulch to protect park trees, and restore park facilities! Projects available in numerous historic parks around the community: Baxter, Boone Square, Central, and Stansbury. Gloves, tools, refreshments, and guidance provided.   Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes!

 

Oxmoor Farm Food Literacy Project

Volunteers will experience a few good hours of farm work at FLP. We will be clearing old equipment and lumber from a barn, landscaping outside our office, and doing some work in the fields. Dress for mess and be sure to wear closed toe shoes and a hat!

 

Ronald McDonald House
**WE HAVE MET OUR VOLUNTEER GOAL FOR THIS SITE!**
Help our current visitors feel more at home and relaxed by helping complete our daily chore board! Dress comfortably.


Wayside Christian  Mission
Volunteers will help serve meals, work in the kitchen, and other miscellaneous projects around the mission. Dress comfortably.


West End School

**WE HAVE MET OUR VOLUNTEER GOAL FOR THIS SITE!**
WES needs volunteers to help put the 'finishing touches' on some recent renovation work before the school year starts.  Various small projects (cleaning, moving, painting, dusting, putting books on shelves, or hanging artwork) need to be done before the School opens for the Fall term.
