Event Submission Form

Thank you for submitting your event using the Event Submission Form! Please remember that due to space limitations, etc., the Office of First Year Initiatives reserves the right to select which events are placed in the guide/calendar and alter text and content as needed. If you have an event taking place Monday, August 26 (first day of fall 2013 semester) through Tuesday, December 17 (last day of finals for fall 2013 semester), please complete the form below to submit your event for inclusion in the 2013 Cardinal Event Guide: Welcome Week and Beyond.  If you want to submit more than one unique event, you must fill out a separate form for each event.  If you are submitting an event that recurs during the semester, please be sure to answer the questions below regarding recurring events.
