What is Welcome Week?
Welcome Week is a great way to start your semester at UofL! There are 50+ events in 5 days, including some of the most memorable events students will attend during their time at the university. An essential experience for every new student, Welcome Week helps you make the transition from summertime student-to-be to first-time UofL student!
What Happens at Welcome Week?
There is so much to do! Even the most enthusiastic student may not be able to attend all the events, but be sure to attend the Signature Events, taking place on Friday, August 17 and Saturday, August 18. These 6 events are the ones we expect ALL INCOMING STUDENTS to attend. Don't forget to bring your student ID to Signature Events to be swiped in for attendance!
Parents, there are many events taking place Wednesday - Friday that you are invited to attend. Be sure to check out the full family schedule of events!

Parking is free at the Floyd Street Garage all weekend. Get directions to campus.
