Book-in-Common SOUL Service Event
Wednesday, September 19th 2:00 - 6:00 PM, meet in Floyd Theater UofL students, Louisville youth, and community leaders will team up in the historic Parkland neighborhood for service alongside Wes Moore! Space is limited, so register for service today! Registrants will meet in Floyd Theater before departing on buses to head to West End School for an introduction and brief training. Teams will then hit the Parkland community, canvassing the neighborhood as they make their way on foot to the Parkland Boys and Girls Club, where dinner and concluding activities will take place. Participants will receive a free t-shirt, light dinner, and reserved seat at the keynote!

GO College Louisville
Interested in helping high school students prepare for and succeed in college? Then get involved with GO College Louisville! Site-based college coaches at The Academy @ Shawnee and Moore Traditional School are looking for UofL students available to serve one to two hours a week as mentors and tutors for students who need additional support.

Big Brothers, Big Sisters
The Latin American and Latino Studies Program at UofL is facilitating a campus recruitment campaign to find students willing to serve as Big Brothers or Sisters, mentors, or volunteers for special Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana projects and events.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana
BGCK is an out-of-school time provider, offering a safe haven for youth. Our doors and arms are open to kids ages 6-18, in a safe, positive environment. Volunteer opportunities range from serving meals to tutoring to organizing sporting events and more.

Network Center for Community Change
NC3 includes 4,800+ members who live, work, worship in, or care about Louisville's urban neighborhoods. Network 101 is an exciting way to learn some of the ins-and-outs of Network Organizing, like organizing a community event, working together to make positive change happen and new community organizing and leadership skills.

A free private school for boys from Louisville's under-served population, we are a privately funded non-profit, relying on the support of our community. We welcome all donations and volunteers. We are especially in need of male mentors as part of Project Connect, a partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana.
