"One-Time" Service Opportunities

Habitat for Humanity RSO Interest Meeting

Mar. 5 (5:30 PM, Ekstrom 104)

Habitat for Humanity is an international organization that works to bring affordable, quality housing to all people.  UofL students have formed a Habitat for Humanity RSO on campus, and invite you to a 30 min. meeting to learn how to join this group. They plan to do a build on the second Sat. of each month in the 2012-13 school year, as well as work to fundraise, educate, and advocate for the local Habitat. They also hope to plan an alternative spring or winter break trip, and an international trip during the summer of 2013.  If you aren’t interested in construction but still want to get involved, there are plenty of other areas to work in! If you are unable to attend the meeting or would like more info, contact Casey Malloy.
