ULink Tutorial: First Login
Step 1
Enter the following link into your web browser, https://paprodic.louisville.edu/psp/paprod/EMPLOYEE/EMPL/h/?tab=PAPP_GUEST
Type in your User ID. If you do not know your User ID, then click on For First-time Users in the Log In section of ULink and follow along with this tutorial (see screen shot below).
Please note: If you have accessed ULink before, but are having problems, then review the options located below Password Self-Service.
Step 2
Click on get your user ID in bullet one (see screen shot below). On the following screen, enter either your Student ID or your social security number and enter your birthdate including the forward slashes (e.g. 05/19/1980). Hit Search and write down your User ID (see screen shot below).
Step 3
Once you have your User ID, you may return to your ULink login screen and enter it along with your default password.
ULink will then notify you that your "Password has expired" and it will require you to change your default password to your own unique password to access ULink. Once you have set your new password, close your current internet browser and open a new internet browser window. Then access ULink with your new password.
