Statement of Purpose

The purpose of the Vice President for Finance Unit is to provide high-quality professional audit, budgeting, financial management and accounting services in support of the University's mission and its broad array of academic and support programs. VPF manages the traditional financial infrastructure for the University. It also supports the instruction, research and public service missions of the University by providing cash management and treasury operations, investment tracking, accurate and timely reporting, expenditure control and a full array of other financial services.
