HR PeopleSoft Queries: Reporting Tools>Query>Query Viewer
“EFMI_TEMP_POSITION”: A listing of all Active Temp positions and Budget Lump Sum Parent positions (Enter department number). This query shows position(s) that need to be reviewed to ensure proper set-up for:
- Parent/Child relationships
- Positions that are currently connected
- Positions currently connected with a budget amount
- Positions that are not connected to a Parent
- G12 (1 to 1 relationship) (Budget amount required for both current and plan year)
- Positions that currently have the 1 to 1 relationship and positions that do not have the 1 to 1 relationship
- L11 (1 to 1 relationship) (Budget amount required for both current and plan year)
- Positions that have a budget amount and positions with a “0” budget amount
- Positions that currently have the 1 to 1 relationship and positions that do not have the 1 to 1 relationship
- Other
- Positions with job codes that are incorrectly coded as Temp
“EFMI_TEMP_POS_FUNDING”: A listing of all Active Temp positions and Budget Lump Sum Parent positions with funding sources (Enter Department number.)
“EFMI_DEPT_BUD_ACT_POS_FUND2012”: Allows you to enter your funding to locate Budget Lump Sum positions. You will need to look at the position to determine if it is Parent or Budget-only position. (This query will change title each fiscal year)
