Payroll Changes for November and December 2011

Friday, November 11, 2011 is a banking holiday (Veteran’s Day).  We are not allowed to pay employees on a day on which financial institutions are closed; consequently, the next biweekly payroll will be distributed on Thursday, November 10.  The previously announced hours of operation of the payline timekeeping system will not change for this payroll.  We will finalize the 11BW payroll late Monday evening instead of the usual Tuesday afternoon.  Adjustment transactions received after next Monday will be processed with the next biweekly payroll.

The biweekly payroll 11BX covering the period of November  4-17, 2011 will pay on Tuesday, November 22.  The payline timekeeping system will be operational from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16 to collect the pay information for this payroll.

The 11BY payroll covering the period of November 18 – December 1 will be processed as a regularly scheduled processing cycle.

The payline timekeeping system will be operational from 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13 until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14 to process the 11BZ biweekly period of December 2-15.  This payroll, as well as the December monthly payroll, will be disbursed on Thursday, December 22.  Friday, December 23 will be available for last-minute, emergency processing prior to the holiday break.
