This staff is responsible for all banking relationships, electronic funds transfers (international and domestic),
credit card acceptance accounts, short term cash investments, administration of
endowment investments and investment performance reporting.

David Woods - Assistant Treasurer.....8251

Provide cash management services for the University of Louisville and its affiliated corporations. Administer the Foundation investments and provide performance reporting to the Foundation Board of Directors. Manage and maintain accountability for short term and CEREB investments. Manage banking service contract.


Vicki Dixon - Cash Manager........8253

Assists the Director of Treasury Management with all cash management and short-term cash investment functions for the University and its related entities. Assists with the tracking and reporting of the University of Louisville Foundation’s long term investments. Cash management functions include daily analysis of cash position, preparation of cash flow projections, execution of funds movements, management of banking relationships, and short term investment decisions in Director’s absence.

Jill Riede - Merchant Services Manager.....0892

Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all departmental merchant card activity for the university and affiliates including the administration of merchant accounts, monitoring activity and analysis of transaction costs.  Performs compliancy review function in accordance with Payment Card Industry's data security standards (PCI-DSS).


Sharon Kramer - Accounting Clerk Sr.......2000

Responsible for monitoring daily bank transactions, distributing bank confirmations, maintaining electronic and paper files of bank transactions and preparing daily cash position reports.
