Fall 2011 Financial Settlement Options
CONTINUING REGISTRATION: Tuition and fees are due on, or before, the due date.
You may review your Fall 2011 account charges and, if applicable, any Fall 2011 anticipated financial aid that has yet to be disbursed at Summary of Account - Make a Payment
You may look at your account history on ULink at https://ulink.louisville.edu > Student Services > Tuition-Fees-Payment Options > Account.
Continuing Registration: Continuing registration students are those who register for Fall 2011 on, or before, 07/18/2011. If you register after 07/05/2011, you will not be mailed a Summary of Account . Your due date will be 07/18/2011. If you add/drop courses via the web, you may go to Ulink to calculate your tuition and view the amount due.
Continuing Registration students with anticipated aid for the semester may defer their due date to the end of the first week of classes (08/26/2011).
Continuing Registration students without anticipated aid for the semester may make a $50 payment toward semester charges by 07-18-2011 and defer their due date to the end of the first week of classes (08/26/2011). The $50 payment does not apply to previous semester charges. If you have a prior semester balance(s) due, please pay the prior semester balance(s) plus $50.
Current year Federal Title IV funds are not allowed to cover charges for Summer 2011 or prior semesters.
Continuing Registrations which are not financially settled will be placed on financial hold and affected students will not be permitted to add or swap classes until their student account is financially settled.

REGULAR REGISTRATION: Students who register during the regular registration period (after 07/18/2011) are expected to pay their charges based on the information available on ULink. If you add/drop courses via the web, on Ulink at https://ulink.louisville.edu > Student Services > Tuition-Fees-Payment Options > Account.
This should calculate your tuition and allow you to view the amount due. A Summary of Account will not be mailed.
Students who register during regular registration will be expected to have their student accounts financially settled by the end of the first week of classes (08/26/2011).
A late payment fee of $50 may be assessed when student accounts are not financially settled by the end of the first week of classes (08/26/2011).
Students who have not settled tuition bills by the midterm withdrawal deadline shall be left on the course rosters through the end of term. They may complete the work of the term and will receive a grade for each course in which they are enrolled. Until bills are settled, however, access to registration (including registration for subsequent terms) and transcript services will be blocked.
If you expect financial aid to cover any portion of your semester charges, and you are not informed at the time of registration that you qualify for financial aid, you should check with the Student Financial Aid Office. If your financial aid is not credited to your account or received for disbursement to you, you must settle your account in full or you may be subject to a late payment fee of $50.00.
