Our office should contact you in three(3) business days to confirm that we have received your application.

Turning in an application does not register you for the class. We will notify you in ten(10) business days by letter or email of your acceptance, and the location and time of the first class.

The class is limited to 15 students. Students must be present the first day of the semester. Students who do not pay their tuition before the first day of class or who do not begin on the scheduled start date are not guaranteed a space in the class.

If you wish to withdraw, you must contact the IESL office, not the Registrar's office, to drop you from the class.

The University of Louisville reserves the right to modify or cancel at any time the entire IESL program or any level of the program as determined by the University. If the class is canceled, you will be notified and your tuition refunded to the address on your application.

Please feel free to contact our office with any questions.
