MA Thesis prospectus due via email to englgrad@louisville.edu with the director and second department reader's signatures (for MA students graduating with a thesis in the Spring). Committee Appointment Form |
January 30 |
Culminating project (CP) prospectus due via email to englgrad@louisville.edu with director's signature (for MA students graduating with a CP in the Spring). |
March 25 |
Complete a schedule a defense form by this date for a Spring degree (MA thesis or PhD dissertation). Submit this form at least 3 weeks prior to your defense date. |
April 10 |
Final culminating project (CP) due via email to englgrad@louisville.edu with the director's signature (for MA students graduating with a CP in the Spring). Note: the CP discussion should take place before this date. |
April 15 |
Last day to defend for MA thesis or PhD dissertation (for students graduating in the Spring.) |
Reading Day |
1st year PhD students meet with the graduate committee (location and time to be announced). |
Reading Day |
2nd year PhD students meet with the exam committee (location and time to be announced). |
