Kristi Maxwell

Dr. Kristi Maxwell is the author of six books of poetry, including Bright and Hurtless, published in Nov. 2018 by Ahsahta Press. She is an assistant professor of English and an affiliate faculty member of the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies department at the University of Louisville.

V. Joshua Adams

V. Joshua Adams is the author of a chapbook, Cold Affections (Plan B Press, 2018). A poet, scholar, and critic, his work has appeared recently in Tupelo Quarterly, Miracle Monocle, Typishly, Cathexis Northwest, and The Los Angeles Review of Books. A former editor of Chicago Review, he teaches literature and writing at the University of Louisville.

Brent Coughenour

Brent Coughenour

Brent Coughenour is a second year MA student at the University of Louisville, pursuing his degree in English, with a concentration in Creative Writing. Formerly a Graduate Editor for the AWP award-winning tenth issue of Miracle Monocle, Brent is currently the Assistant Director of Creative Writing for the 2018-2019 academic year. As a writer, Brent's work has been published in his undergraduate literary magazines, as well as The Writting Circle, and the anthology Kentucky's Best Emerging Writers.
