Students who receive a score of 3 on either the English Literature and Composition or the English Language and Composition Advanced Placement will be awarded credit for English 101.  Students receiving a score of 4 or 5 on either of these tests will be awarded credit for both English 101 and 102.  You can read more about Advanced Placement here:  http://admissions.louisville.edu/apply/ap-credit.html
