Install Outlook

Outlook installation instructions for both PC and Mac are available online at iTech Xpress. Follow the steps below to log in and access these instructions. You must be on Outlook 2016 (Office 2016) prior to your migration for the go365 initiative.

All Mac users, and PC users who did not receive the automatic installation of Outlook or who are installing Outlook on a home PC, should follow these steps to download Outlook at iTech Xpress:

  1. Go to
  2. Click Log In To Online Store on the left side of the screen.
  3. Enter your ULink userID and password.
  4. Click Microsoft Outlook Client on the left side of the screen.
  5. Under Documentation, click the appropriate set of instructions. (There are two options: one for Windows PC users and one for Mac users.)
  6. Follow the instructions in the documentation.

NOTE: If you do not already have Outlook on your computer, click the appropriate link under Clients. (Windows PC users will need to read the first section of the instructions under Documentation, to find out if they need to download the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Outlook.)
