The College of Education & Human Development encourages students to become engaged and active in student organizations and programs.

Education Student Council

The CEHD Education Student Council. Our goals are to provide information, resources, professional development events, and mutual support for undergraduate Education students.

The CEHD Graduate Student Association

The CEHD Graduate Student Association includes ALL graduate students in the College of Education and Human Development. Our goals are to provide information, resources, professional development events, and mutual support for students both on-campus and at a distance.

Graduate Association for Professionals in Student Affairs

GAPSA is the student organization for Masters and Doctoral students in the College Student Personnel (CSP) and Higher Education Administration programs at the University of Louisville.

Kappa Delta Pi

Kappa Delta Pi is an International Honor Society in Education, dedicated to scholarship and excellence in education.

Kentucky Education Association - Student Program

The KEA-SP is a pre-service organization for undergraduate and graduate students who are preparing for careers in education.

Office of Student Leadership Development 

The mission of the Office of Student Leadership Development is to provide opportunities for all students to develop, refine, and apply their leadership skills.

Peer Mentor Program

The CEHD Peer Mentor Program is designed to engage sophomores by connecting interested students with junior or senior mentors in their same major area.

Service Learning Program

The Service Learning Program encourages and supports students, faculty and staff who are interested in community service opportunities and who want to combine their academic studies with community service.

Sport Administration Club

The mission of the Sport Administration Club is to enhance and support the educational experiences of its members through guest speakers, working with local organizations, attending conferences, planning and organizing events, and visiting and touring facilities.

Student Government Association

Our goals as a representative body include: to promote and protect student rights, to promote diversity, to provide students with an official channel to express their opinions.

University Honors Program

Students who demonstrate potential for high levels of achievement find multiple opportunities for academic and personal development in the University Honors Program at the University of Louisville.
