Peer Mentor Program
Welcome to the College of Education & Human Development's Peer Mentor Page
- Are you a sophomore within the CEHD and trying to find your niche within the college?
- Are you a junior or senior within the CEHD and looking for a paid leadership opportunity on campus?
The CEHD Peer Mentor Program can help!
Sophomores can sometimes become lost in the shuffle of university life, but the College of Education & Human Development wants to prevent this from happening to you! The CEHD Peer Mentor Program is designed to engage sophomores by connecting each interested student with a junior or senior mentor in their same major area. Peer mentors develop social and major-related relationships with their sophomore mentees while guiding them through important stages of their academic careers such as:
-
Teaching and Learning application processĀ
-
Health and Sport Sciences internship process
-
Major and career-related questions
-
Connections to faculty and academic advisors
Participation in this program is voluntary, so please click the appropriate link below for more information. We hope to hear from you soon!
