Volunteer Opportunity: Ford Ironman Louisville Triathlon, August 28
Spad Club will be working at the changing tend from 3-6:30 pm. We will meet down at Waterfront Park's Great Lawn to work together. To volunteer, visit Ironman Louisville's website. Check the box for "Transition (Men/Women)" from 3-6:30 pm. Under comments, put "Univ. of Louisville SPAD Club." Great volunteer opportunity with an excellent event!
SPAD Club General Meeting: Sep. 1, 3:45 pm, HP101
Our first meeting of the semester will take place on Thursday, September 1 at 3:45 pm in room HP101. Karl Schmitt, Director of the Louisville Sports Commission, will share his insights and advice into the sport industry as well as share opportunities for student to get involved in local sporting events over the coming months. We will also discuss the many SPAD events that will take place this semester and have pizza for those in attendance.

We aim to provide at least one general meeting with a guest speaker, one social event, and a professional development/volunteer opportunity each month.
